Life Coaching is a bridge between our Present Life and Desired Life. There are certain road blocks due to which we are not able to reach at our desired state. We, at AHL, shows the roadmap to you and also empower you to remove those roadblocks so that you can achieve your goals and live your desired life.
Life coaching is important because you and your dreams are important. Life coaching is different than mere counselling. Life Coaching focuses on “now and the future” while in counselling analyses of past is done to help the clients. In our Life Coaching we guide, inspire and help you to explore your goals and if you have the same then help you create an actionable plan and execute the same
What does our Life Coaches do?
We help you to identify your strengths and areas of concern and encourage you to leverage your strengths to address your concerns and help you to live a fuller, meaningful life that empowers you.
We are having a team of coaches who are empathetic & thoughtful and not judgmental. They are trained to help you to maximize your full potential to transform you and achieve your goals. They are a perfect combination of a supportive friend and a trusted adviser who will push you not only to transform you, identify the meaning and goal of your life, but also support you to take action throughout your journey to become a better version of yourself.
We recommend you to work with a personal life coach who would be dedicated to you for a minimum of one session of four sittings, which is our Basic Package. However, depending upon the situation you need to avail either Advance Package of eight Sittings or the Peak Package of 12 sittings.
This will ensure you build a trusting relationship and have time to :
- Identify Limiting Belief/Inner blocks or the root cause of the Challenges being faced by you.
- Develop and project the pattern of the Desired outcome
- Installation of the new Beliefs
- Reinforcement of Patterns to achieve goals
